Weekend Tickets

I’m both happy and sad to say the campsite for ECMW 2025 is now full. For safety reasons we don’t have space for anymore, my apologies but there are two local sites near to Whitchurch. Grindley Brook and Hadley Park.

You can still book for the weekend below, but not camping.

You can pay for tickets for the weekend using Paypal (if you do not have a PayPal account, then you can use the “guest” checkout).
When you click “Pay” on this form it will send you an email with your choices and also take you to PayPal to process the payment.
Or if you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer then select the payment type below. You will receive an email with the bank details.
In both cases please fill in the form below with your details and type and number of tickets you require, Then click the “Pay” button.

    After you click on "pay" the form will reload then redirect you to Paypal.

    Or if you choose BACS and you click on "pay" the form will reload and you will receive an email with details of the bank for the BACS transfer.

    Please check the status of the request below - if it shows an orange box then something went wrong and you should click "pay" again - it will not charge you twice!

    Our cancellation policy:

    • Up to one month before the weekend – full refund will be made (less the PayPal fee if applicable)
    • One month to one week before the weekend – 50% refund
    • Less than one week before the weekend – no refund
    • The above notwithstanding, the organisers will consider cancellations due to exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
